Final FAA AD: Airbus Helicopters SA.330J

This FAA airworthiness directive (AD), which becomes effective Mar. 10, 2026, requires repetitive inspections of the pyrotechnical cartridge. It also prohibits installing an affected pyrotechnical cartridge on any helicopter without first meeting certain requirements. The FAA is accepting comments about the AD through Apr. 9, 2026.
