VAI Daily Jan. 31, 2025 FAA AD: Buckle assemblies on various helicopters and airplanes This FAA airworthiness directive (AD) supersedes AD 2021-07-13, issued Apr. 6, 2021. The existing AD requires inspecting each specified Pacific Scientific rotary buckle assembly, including its buckle-handle vane, and prohibits installing affected buckles. The new AD, which takes effect Mar. 7, 2025, updates the applicability by manufacture date, retains previous requirements, and mandates corrective actions based on the updated service bulletin.
