VAI Daily Jan. 22, 2026 Final FAA AD: PZL-Świdnik W-3A The FAA is accepting comments through Mar. 9 on this airworthiness directive (AD), which requires repetitive inspections of the main-rotor blade attachment bolts and replacement, if necessary. It also requires reporting the inspection results. The AD takes effect Feb. 6. VAI Daily Jan. 22, 2026 Final FAA AD: Airbus Helicopters Deutschland EC135 P1/P2/P2+, EC135 T1/T2/T2+, and EC635 T2+/T3 This FAA airworthiness directive (AD), which takes effect Feb. 26, requires inspecting the axial displacement of the tail-rotor driveshaft and taking corrective actions, if necessary, including inspecting the flexible couplings. The AD also prohibits installing a tail-rotor driveshaft without following certain procedures.
