The proposed AD would require revisions to the airworthiness limitations section of the existing maintenance manual or instructions for continued airworthiness, as well as the existing approved maintenance or inspection program, as applicable. VAI Daily Dec. 9, 2025 Final FAA AD: Hélicoptères Guimbal Cabri G2 This FAA airworthiness directive (AD), which takes effect Jan. 13, 2026, requires repetitively inspecting certain swashplates for cracks and, if necessary, removing and replacing each cracked swashplate. The AD also prohibits installation of an affected swashplate unless it has passed inspection requirements. VAI Daily Dec. 8, 2025 Final FAA AD: Airbus Helicopters AS 332C/C1 and L/L1 This FAA airworthiness directive (AD), which takes effect Jan. 12, 2026, requires modifying the main-gearbox suspension-bar link and installing new bolts. It also prohibits installing certain parts. The AD supersedes AD 2020-06-13, issued Apr. 6, 2020. VAI Daily Dec. 8, 2025 Proposed FAA AD: Airbus AS332 C/C1, L/L1, and SA.330J The FAA is accepting comments through Jan. 22, 2026, on this proposed airworthiness directive (AD), which would reduce life-limit intervals for affected bearing stacks and require replacement of an affected bearing stack before exceeding these intervals. VAI Daily Dec. 8, 2025 Final FAA AD: Airbus Helicopters AS355 series and AS350 B3 This FAA airworthiness directive (AD) supersedes AD 2021-20-16, issued Oct. 18, 2021. The new AD, which takes effect Jan. 12, 2026, retains existing actions while requiring the replacement of the upper-fin assembly with a modified upper-fin assembly, which constitutes a terminating action for repetitive inspections. VAI Daily Dec. 8, 2025 Final FAA AD: Airbus Helicopters AS332 C/C1, L/L1/L2, and EC225 LP This FAA airworthiness directive (AD) retains the actions of AD 2024-10-13 while removing some helicopters from applicability, adding a requirement to inspect the inner surface of the fuel-filter bowls, and revising the tightening torque. The AD becomes effective Jan. 12, 2026.
