The United States Helicopter Safety Team (USHST) seminar for helicopter pilots, aviation managers, safety officers, instructors, and other aviation leadership starts at 11 am HST (UTC-10) tomorrow, Tuesday, Jan. 27, at Rainbow Helicopters in Honolulu.
