Rotortrade US MRO approved to support helicopters registered in Mexico Rotortrade’s maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) facility in Latrobe, Pennsylvania, has received approval from Mexico’s Agencia Federal de Aviación Civil (AFAC) to expand the company’s ability to support helicopter operators across Mexico and the Americas. The approval authorizes the FAA Part 145-certified Latrobe facility to perform maintenance, inspections, repairs, modifications, and retrofit work on Mexican-registered helicopters. Rotortrade’s Latrobe capabilities currently cover: • Airbus H130, H135, and H145 • Bell 206, 407, 412, and 429 • Leonardo AW119 and AW109. In addition to line and base maintenance, the facility provides structural repairs, avionics integration, aircraft completions, mission equipment installations, retrofit services, and cockpit modernization programs.
