The Washington State Department of Transportation Aviation Division is now accepting applications for its sustainable aviation grant program for airports, a new initiative that will provide funding for improvements that include battery chargers, electric ground equipment, and hydrogen storage.

The state of Michigan is allocating $6.25 million in funding to help accelerate four advanced air mobility (AAM) infrastructure projects, including $2.6 million for Beta Technologies to install chargers at four airports across the state and more than $500,000 to Skyports to develop ship-to-shore drone delivery services.
