The Guangzhou Public Security Bureau in Guangdong has received its first H175 from Airbus Helicopters as part of an order that included delivery of one H145 in 2016 and another in 2019.

The Aerotech Group, South Australia’s largest privately owned aviation operator, has secured a fleet order of GPMS International’s Foresight MX HUMS (health and usage monitoring system) for all its UH-60 Black Hawk aircraft.

This FAA airworthiness directive (AD) requires inspecting certain part-numbered flex-plate assemblies and yokes, including each flex-plate bolt, and depending on the results, replacing any affected part with an airworthy part. The AD, which takes effect Oct. 31, 2024, also lays out requirements for removing certain yokes from service after a set number of hours or years.
