Final FAA AD: Robinson Helicopter R44 and R44 II

The FAA is superseding Airworthiness Directive (AD) 2024-19-11 to clarify that the required alternative inspections are repetitive and to add a particular paint remover as an option for the alternative inspections. The new AD takes effect Jul. 11.

This FAA airworthiness directive (AD), which takes effect Jul. 11, requires repetitively inspecting the cargo swing installation and frame and taking corrective action, if necessary, as required in a European Union Aviation Safety Agency AD.
