AvTask has received designation as a Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Certified Repair Station, under Air Agency Certificate AVKR434E. In addition, U.S. government customers can now access AvTask’s award-winning CH-47 rotor blade repair services through the company’s new GSA contract #47QSMS24D0017. “FAA Repair Station approval allows us to expand our capabilities and support both military and commercial clients more efficiently—especially with the 2025 fire season underway,” said Donnie Buchanan, Business Development Manager at AvTask. “Our blade repair process is engineered for longevity and field readiness.” AvTask’s patented, rotorcraft-specific repair technology is trusted across the globe and distinguishes the company as a true Helicopter Rotor Blade Repair specialist. leveraging decades of expertise dating back to 1992. “Our core success comes from proven technology focused on weight reduction,” said Jarrod Bax, Engineering Manager. “We use non-intrusive methods to remove water and oil.
