Dallas Avionics participates in CAP conference

Dallas Avionics participated in the Civil Air Patrol Training (CAP) Leadership conference held in Atlanta this year. As a leading distributor of the world’s most technologically advanced equipment, Dallas Avionics chose to participate to hear directly from industry leaders.

“As an instrumental support element to the CAP mission, it was insightful to get the opportunity to listen to past years’ missions and hear the struggles operators have as the world of communication is evolving,” said Dallas Avionics Government Agency Sales Executive Cody Klaehn. “The CAP Conference gave us the one-on-one time with the wing commanders and executive leadership teams. We were able to discuss the communication changes and movement in the public safety realm. Dallas Avionics is proud to support the CAP mission.

Dallas Avionics has a team of technicians with its sister company, Radio Masters, that works on radio equipment repairs. They also have trained technicians who go into the field to assist with radio settings, upgrades, support, and training.

“Along with our internal team, technicians, sales team, and support staff, we have the team necessary to not only support the CAP missions but also others that serve and protect our cities and states every day. The more we understand their needs, the more prepared we will be to serve those who serve our nation so faithfully. Listening and learning from leaders like those attending the CAP conference is vital to our ability to better serve their needs. This is why we attend so many conferences, host training seminars, and get out into the field. We consider it an honor when air units select us or purchase from us, and we are dedicated to supporting them before, during, and after the sale,” said Klaehn.
