Alexandria, VA (Aug. 27, 2025) – Vertical Aviation International (VAI) announces that registration is now open for the 2025 Aerial Work Safety Conference (AWSC), taking place Dec. 7–9 at the Boise Centre West in Boise, Idaho, USA. The conference brings together professionals from the aerial firefighting and utility, construction, and patrol sectors, along with restricted-category aircraft operators, for three days of safety-focused discussions, training, and networking. Attendees will hear directly from industry leaders, the US Forest Service, the US Department of the Interior, and FAA representatives on emerging safety practices, operational risks, and regulatory developments. “This conference is designed to give operators, pilots, and technicians practical tools and insights they can take back to the field, while also creating a forum for open dialogue with regulators and customers,” says Zac Noble, VAI’s director of flight operations and maintenance. The 2025 agenda will include the popular Meet the Regulators panel, technical sessions on safety management systems, accident prevention strategies, jobsite preparedness, and a detailed wildfire season review.
