Your responses will support efforts to revise key sections of Washington State Senate Bill 5801 (Sections 207 and 208), which imposes a new 10% tax increase on any aircraft valued over $500,000. • Section 207: Imposes a “luxury tax” on qualifying aircraft • Section 208: Imposes a “privilege tax” on the same aircraft. Although legislative leadership has signaled a willingness to revisit these provisions, lawmakers need concrete data to make the case.
