Today, the FAA released notices of funding opportunity (NOFO) for Round 4 (2025) of the Aviation Workforce Development (AWD) grants for aircraft pilots and aviation maintenance technical workers. In support of these latest NOFOs, the FAA will host a public information session to assist applicants on January 14 from 1-2:30 p.m. Eastern time. The free webinar will help potential applicants better understand the AWD grant programs and what is required to apply for a grant. The agency will review the grant program, walk through each NOFO, and note common mistakes to avoid when applying. The webinar will close with a question-and-answer session.
