How does trust—or a lack thereof—in the vertical aviation industry affect accident and incident reporting? Does implementing a safety management system influence reporting? As a subject-matter expert, your participation in this brief, anonymous survey can provide valuable insights and answers to these questions. The survey, which asks about accident/incident reporting to both industry employers and the FAA, will take no more than 15 minutes to complete. The researcher conducting the survey is a 20-year veteran in the rotorcraft industry and a doctoral student at Drexel University, LeBow College of Business.
