ATSB final report: Bell 206B-1, Tumbarumba, New South Wales, Jul. 16, 2023

The Australian Transportation Safety Bureau (ATSB) has determined the helicopter’s tail rotor encountered helicopter–building interference from the hangar, which resulted in a loss of tail-rotor effectiveness. Investigators noted errors in calculating the weight and balance for the flight as a contributing factor.
