Resource Hub Successors will advise on emerging technology and legal matters. The Vertical Aviation International (VAI) Board of Directors has appointed two advisors. Michael Romanowski Michael Romanowski of Slate Run Strategies, LLC, will assume the role of special advisor–emerging technology, succeeding Jonathan Daniels, Praxis Aerospace Concepts International, Inc. This position serves as a resource to the VAI Board of Directors on developments, trends, and best practices for emerging technology operations. Arthur L. Herold of the firm Webster, Chamberlain & Bean, LLP, in Washington, D.C., becomes legal advisor, succeeding H. Bryan Brewer III, of Crowell & Moring, LLP, Washington, D.C. In this role, Herold will provide legal counsel to the VAI Board of Directors. Arthur L.
