Rotortrade reflects on successful Southeast Asia Aviation Safety Conference

As the inaugural Southeast Asia Aviation Safety Conference in Bali has now concluded, we would like to thank all participants, organizers, regulators, operators, OEMs, pilots, engineers, and aviation professionals who contributed to making this first edition a real success.

Rotortrade was proud to participate as a Founding Partner of this important industry initiative, which gathered 140 attendees from across the aviation ecosystem. Over two and a half days, the conference featured 2 plenary sessions and 15 breakout sessions dedicated to practical discussions around aviation safety, operational challenges, maintenance standards, leadership, human factors, and the future of aviation operations.

The quality of the exchanges and the strong participation demonstrated the clear need for regional forums focused on open, constructive, and experience-driven safety conversations. Throughout the event, one message remained central: safety is not simply a compliance requirement, it is the foundation of operational credibility, public trust, and sustainable industry growth.

As aviation activity continues to expand across Southeast Asia, maintaining high safety standards will remain critical for operators, regulators, OEMs, and service providers alike.

The conference highlighted the importance of collaboration across the industry, recognizing that meaningful safety improvements can only happen through transparency, shared experience, and collective responsibility.

At Rotortrade, safety remains embedded across our entire business model, from helicopter sales and financing solutions to our expanding global MRO and technical support capabilities. As the global helicopter dealership, we remain committed to supporting initiatives that strengthen operational excellence and contribute to the long-term sustainability of the helicopter industry worldwide.

We would like to sincerely thank Vertical Aviation International, all conference partners, speakers, and attendees for contributing to the success of this inaugural event. We look forward to supporting the continued development of this important platform in the years ahead.

Sincerely,

Aurelien Blanc
