Rotortrade, Helicopter Alliance join forces on Black Hawk sales 13 March 2025 – Rotortrade, the global helicopter dealership, has signed a strategic agreement with Helicopter Alliance A.S., a Czech-based aviation holding company whose member companies specialize in the modernization and operation of UH-60 Black Hawk helicopters. Under the agreement, Rotortrade has been mandated to market and sell UH-60 Black Hawks from Helicopter Alliance’s fleet across Africa, the Middle East, and Asia. This partnership brings together Rotortrade’s global sales expertise and Helicopter Alliance’s advanced modernization capabilities, ensuring that highly capable and cost-effective UH-60 Black Hawk helicopters reach operators worldwide. Helicopter Alliance, whose member companies consists of six companies in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and the USA—including Ace Aeronautics, U.S. Aviation Training Solutions, Ceska Letecka Servisni, European Air Services, Slovak Training Academy, and Heli Company—is a leading player in the procurement, upgrades, and lifecycle support of Black Hawks for civilian, military, and security operators. “Our collaboration with Helicopter Alliance strengthens our ability to provide comprehensive helicopter solutions in high-demand regions,” said Aurélien Blanc, Rotortrade VP Head Of Region APAC & MEA, “The Black Hawk is a proven, versatile platform, and with Helicopter Alliance’s expertise in modernization and mission customization, we can ensure operators receive aircraft that are mission-ready and built for long-term service.” The six member companies within Helicopter Alliance have established themselves as premier UH-60 service providers, offering full modernization programs that extend the operational life of Black Hawks by 20-30 years.
