VAI Daily Apr. 4, 2025 Final FAA AD: Airbus SA.330J helicopters This FAA airworthiness directive (AD) requires revising the existing maintenance records by incorporating new or more restrictive airworthiness limitations, as specified in a European Union Aviation Safety Agency AD. The FAA AD takes effect May 9, 2025. VAI Daily Apr. 4, 2025 Final FAA AD: Airbus AS 332L1 and EC225 LP helicopters This FAA airworthiness directive (AD), which requires replacing or modifying certain hoist shear toggle-switch supports and prohibits installing affected parts, as specified in a European Union Aviation Safety Agency AD, becomes effective Apr. 21, 2025. VAI Daily Apr. 4, 2025 Final FAA AD: Airbus AS350 series, AS355 series, and EC130 series This FAA airworthiness directive (AD) requires repeated inspections of the main-gearbox bevel wheel and magnetic plug for particles and prohibits installing an affected main gearbox unless specific European Union Aviation Safety Agency requirements are met. The FAA AD applies to the AS350B, B1, B2, B3, BA, and D; AS355 E, F, F1, F2, N, and NP; and the EC130 B4 and T2. It takes effect May 9, 2025.
