Only a principal owner, an officer, or an employee of a VA Operator Member shall be eligible to serve on the Board of Directors. Membership benefits extend to all company employees. Manufacturers and Suppliers DUES: $325 to $13,500 based on annual gross revenue Organizations that provide products, supplies, and services to the vertical aviation industry or lease vertical capable aircraft rather than operate them. Membership benefits extend to all company employees. Pilots and Mechanics/Engineers DUES: $95 Licensed pilots or mechanics/engineers in the vertical flight industry. Membership benefits for one individual only. Students INTRODUCTORY RATE: $95 for the first year, with the second year of membership FREE* *Renews annually at $95/year after the introductory period. Industry Professionals DUES: $95 Individuals who believe in VAI’s mission and wish to contribute to the industry but don’t fit the requirements of another membership category.
